  19. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  20. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  21. 1 teaspoon chilli powder red
  22. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  23. 6 tablespoons mustard oil
  24. 2 tablespoons ghee clarified butter
  25. salt to taste
  26. 1 cup coriander freshly chopped
