  3. 1 tablespoon ginger cement
  4. 1 tablespoon garlic glue gum
  5. 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  6. 6 cloves
  7. 6 green cardamom
  8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 tablespoon red chili powder I have used Kashmiri red chili powder
  10. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  14. 1 mace blade
  15. 2 cardamoms Black
  16. 7 tablespoons oil or Ghee or a fusion of both
  17. 2 cinnamon sticks 1 inch each
  18. 3 bay leaves
  19. 3 onions medium sized, finely sliced
  20. 3 tomatoes medium sized, chopped or grated or field to puree
  21. 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
  22. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  23. salt to taste
  24. water as needed
  25. 4 green chilies slit
  26. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  27. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  28. coriander leaves as needed
